“My name is Vaishnavi Kumar, and I am pursuing Mechanical Engineering from D. Y. Patil College of Engineering, Akurdi, Pune, Batch 2022–2026.I had the opportunity to complete my internship at AAC Energy Consultants, where I worked on the project "Electricity Generation by Harnessing Bull Power." This internship provided me with valuable practical exposure to renewable and sustainable energy concepts and helped me understand how traditional energy sources can be innovatively utilized for power generation.I am happy to share that I have been placed at Voltas Limited as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET). The learning and experience gained during my internship contributed positively to my placement preparation and career growth.

“My internship at AAC Energy Consultants was a great learning experience and played an important role in myprofessional development. As a Mechanical Engineering student from D. Y. Patil College of Engineering,Akurdi, I got the opportunity to work on the project titled "A Detailed Project Report on a Napier-Based 20TPD CBG Plant."During the internship, I learned about Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) technology and the complete processinvolved in converting biomass into a sustainable source of energy. I gained practical knowledge aboutfeedstock preparation, anaerobic digestion, gas purification, compression, storage, and the overall working ofa CBG plant. This experience helped me understand how engineering concepts are applied in real industrialprojects.

“During the internship, I worked on the project titled “Cold Storage Using Phase Change Materials(PCM).” Through this project, I gained comprehensive knowledge of thermal energy storagesystems, refrigeration principles, cold storage design, and the practical application of phase changematerials for energy conservation. I developed an understanding of heat transfer mechanisms,temperature control strategies, energy-efficient cooling techniques, and the role of PCM inimproving the performance and sustainability of cold storage systems.

“My name is Vansh Narendra Giradkar, and I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at D. Y. Patil College of Engineering, Akurdi, Pune. I had the privilege of completing a one-month internship at *AAC Energy Consultants, which was an incredibly rewarding and insightful experience. During my internship, I worked on the project "Design of Cold Storage Using PCM and VARS Cycle." This project provided me with valuable hands-on experience in research, system design, technical analysis, and project execution. It allowed me to apply the engineering concepts I learned in the classroom to practical, energy-efficient solutions for real-world applications.

Working on the project "Electricity Generation Using Bull Power" helped me gain practical knowledge of sustainable energy solutions and project implementation. The internship significantly helped me during my placement interviews, where I was asked questions related to my project, its feasibility, and the importance of alternative energy generation methods. The knowledge and confidence gained during the internship helped me answer these questions effectively. I was subsequently placed at Force Motors in the Sales and Marketing profile. I am grateful to Amol Sir and AAC Energy Consultants for their guidance and support, which contributed greatly to my learning and professional growth.
